OMG is a group of nearly 30 primary care physicians specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Uro-Gynecology.  The group works from eight offices, four of which are shared with our cardiologists for patient and physician benefit.  The OMG physicians have privileges in eight area hospitals and regional medical centers.

OMG, along with North Ohio Heart Center, is on the cutting edge of technology in medical practice.  An electronic medical record system has been in place throughout the practice for 10 years.  This means your physician has much more efficient access to your records and can provide you with the most up-to-date, high quality care.

Ohio Medical Group has locations in Medina, Elyria, Westlake, Middleburg Heights, Rocky River, Olmsted Falls, Avon, and Avon Lake.  All offices are conveniently located near major highways and hospitals or medical centers for your convenience.
